The Palemoon Ebony fretboard on this multi-scale axe is a stunningly unique piece of wood that almost looks like a halfway of ebony and maple, and it also has the bright, clear tonal qualities of both in the best ways possible. The California Buckeye Burl top has a wood grain unlike any other, and it just looks amazing under the incredible Nexus finish. Simply put, this guitar looks fantastic. The Nexus' green-purple "burst" completely takes you to a different dimension as you stare into it.
Acoustically, this guitar combines the clearest and most focused of tonewoods with the aforementioned palemoon ebony fretboard, maple/wenge neck and swamp ash body. The Fishman Fluence pickups can get both delicate and monstrous with the push-pull voice control and player's touch, and the satin neck finish helps a lot in making players new to a extended-range multiscale instrument as comfortable as possible.
