Well I have to give 21st century Fender some credit for reissuing the 1968-1980 silver panel amps with some modern upgrades.
So for the Vibro Champ they stuffed a 10" speaker in, and also digital reverb. To me the reverb is good to about 4 then goes off into some other zone. Trem sounds a bit different to me but I am so used to Boss TR-2... it might be normal sounding to you.
So it sounds ok for what it is.
The cab and speaker are gone -- I had it in a different 1-12 cab also for sale up here. It willl mount ok in an old school Champ cab or something like Mojo does. The holes line up but the attachment is different than old school. It comes with the 4 bolts and chassis straps. No IEC power cord tho. Also for mounting in older cab note that they moved the power switch so you have to cut away a bit of the upper back panel.
it is bullet proof packed -- double boxed. Tubes removed, packed separately. The 12 AX7s were pretty hard to remove, so be careful putting them in. Sometimes buyers have mangled the pins and then say the seller caused it. Just a cautionary note on that.
