1992 Peavey TL6 Tim Landers signature neckthru bass

This bass is in excellent condition for its 30th birthday year. 100% original. 

Certainly one of the nicest one on the market.

Minimal dings and scratches. No cymbal rash on headstock!

The Peavey gold lettering is still present on most pickups!

The ebony fingerboard is fantastic and so is the contoured maple body and neck.

The gold plated hardware is still nice but show some wear.

Looks like one evening of slight belt buckle rash but just light surface scratches, nothing thru the finish.

The truss rod turns well.

This bass stays in tune a long time, even from season to season.

The frets are in excellent condition.

The sound is really versatile with the double P Pickups and 3 band pre-amp.

The B string is very, very solid, specially for a 34’’ scale bass.

Weight is : 10.2 lbs on my bathroom scale. Great for a 6 string bass.

The  string spacing at the bridge is adjusted to around 5/8’’ (16.0 to 16.3 MM) at the moment, there is still space to widen the spacing to about 17 mm with the adjustable spacing bridge.

This bass did not see a lot of use throughout it’s life, probably being a six string bass.

I have own it since about 5 years, but I am mainly a 5 string bass player.

The neck is very comfortable to play even with my short fingers.

The proud new owner will be delighted with the quality and playability of this instrument.

This is a superbly crafted bass!

I am keeping my Peavey TL5, same color. Wish it had double P pickups!
