Magnatone Varsity Reverb Gold Pin Option JJ Retube(TM) Kit

Want a very rich and smooth tone with less grit? This is our Gold Pin Option Retube kit for the Magnatone Varsity Reverb Combo Amp. It includes a premium matched pair of the JJ EL84's for power, a JJ GZ34, a JJ Gold Pin ECC832 for the verb along with two Gold Pin ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V3. Very lush!

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.

Just message us at the time you order to let us know if you're looking for an early breakup, a moderate breakup or a later breakup for more headroom in which case we will choose the coolest grades we have available for the power tubes.

The video below shows both our preamp tube testing and power tube matching procedures here at Eurotubes which are second to none. We may not be the cheapest, but we are arguably the best.
