Guitarras Romero is a collaboration between Pepe Romero and Wolfgang Jellinghaus. Together, they produce world class, concert quality classical and flamenco guitars at prices that are much lower than comparable guitars of this caliber.

Romero design meets German master craftmanship

All Guitarras Romero are French Polished and use only the best woods available. Wolfgang sourced and mills his own woods. He uses coveted "Moon Spruce" from the Swiss Apls and master grade Western Red Cedar for tops!

About Wolfgang Jellinghaus

Wolfgang Jellinghaus was born and raised in Dortmund, Germany, where he learned and mastered his craft. He founded Martinez Guitars in the 1980's and now builds for Guitarras Romero, La Canada guitars (a collaboration between master luthier Edmund Blochinger and Jellinghaus), and his own Jellinghaus guitars from his small workshop in China where he has been building since 2013.

• The necks are slim and have a rounded profile. Each guitar comes with a high quality hard wood case.

• Guitarras Romero come standard with Pepe Romero Strings Set GFH Hard Tension fluorocarbon strings.

• Pepe Romero does all of the final setup and inspections on the guitars before shipping.

• Action is 2.9mm at 1st string and 3.9mm at 6th string
