Up for sale is one of the rarer Tokai stratocaster models, a 1980 ST 100 with factory gold hardware in 100% original condition.

This model was a custom order at the time being Tokai's highest end model featuring a thin lacquer finish, and a soft V neck profile.
The 100 stamp is on the end of the fretboard (this changed to a sticker in 1981).

This example is in great condition for 42 years of age, however does have a ding here and there. There is also a chipped lower tone knob which ive pictured.
All of the electronics are completely untouched and work perfectly, still featuring the 'soft 5 way' switch.
It weighs around 3.2kg, and the guitar plays up and down the neck with no issues on the original frets.

Comes in an era correct brown tolex Tokai case and gold tremolo arm both in great condition.
