1973 Fender Quad Reverb Silverface 100-Watt 4x12-- All Original, Professionally Serviced!

Offered for sale is an exceptionally well-preserved 1973 Fender Quad Reverb Silverface; an increasingly difficult vintage Fender amplifier to find in this condition.

This Quad Reverb has remained in our family and has been carefully owned and maintained. It is original, including its four Oxford 12-inch speakers. The speaker code, 465-330, dates the speakers to the 30th week of 1973, and the chassis serial number is A75845.

The amplifier was recently professionally serviced for routine maintenance not restored or modified and is fully operational. It sounds absolutely phenomenal: enormous volume, tremendous clean headroom, lush Fender spring reverb, classic vibrato and the massive room-filling presence that only a vintage 100-watt Fender 4x12 tube combo can deliver. TRANSLATION: IT KICKS ASS!

Cosmetically, it is in excellent condition for a 53-year-old amplifier and clearly reflects careful ownership. This is not a neglected, heavily modified or unknown-condition project amp. It is a clean, original, recently serviced example that is ready to be played, recorded or added to a serious vintage Fender collection.

The Quad Reverb was essentially Fender’s legendary Twin Reverb platform expanded to four 12-inch speakers. It delivers the unmistakable Silverface Fender sound on a remarkable scale. These amplifiers have also become increasingly collectible because relatively few survived in original, well-maintained condition.
