It’s not in mint condition with some scratches and dents.
One noticeable imperfection is repaired crack at the bridge which is repaired and stable now. (See Pic. #6)
Here's something you need know about this guitar.
The back and sides are Rosewood but the specific spices of the Rosewood. I bought it as used but it's been loved and you will find the deep and room-filling sound from this guitar.
This is the top-tier Custom model from Cort which is the company that manufacturing many of OEM name-brand guitar makers.
