This 1996 Alvarez Jumbo has aged just as one would hope it would. The laminated spruce top has faded to give the woodgrain a beautiful darker tint. Mahogany back and sides give this guitar a big, deep, warm sound. The mahogany neck features a rosewood fretboard and a very comfortable soft V shape. A rosewood bridge and nickel die cast tuners are stable and provide excellent intonation. The action is low and all strings ring clear. This used guitar is in very good condition with a small ding on the top and some very minor pickguard scratching. This model was only produced from 1994 to 1998 and is becoming increasingly rare. Don't let this one pass you by!
