Gibson PAF Pickups, Vintage 1959 1959 Nickel

Up for sale are a set of original vintage Gibson Patent Applied For (PAF) pickups from an early '59 Gibson ES175.

These are the 'Holy Grail' of humbuckers, and are amongst the very best I've heard- powerful, fat and pushy yet incredibly clear and articulate, and unlike many vintage Humbuckers have plenty of output at 7.8k/8.4k respectively, so really sing through a good valve amp. 

These are fully stock with original windings intact, original paper tape untampered with, decals present and legible etc, and are ready to drop into your1959 Les Paul/ES335, Burst conversion, high end reissue or replica, and are the heart and soul of 'that' sound we're so obsessed with from the classic recordings of the '60s/'70s..
