The Actual Jack Blades Hamer Scarab - 1984 - One Of A Kind

I never intended on parting with this, it's the actual Jack Blades Hamer Scarab, custom build from Jol Dantzig. Check out the picture Jol sent me of the build sheet. It's the only one.

I was 14 when I saw Jack play this and I said, "I'm gonna own that one day." One day I did. What no one told me at 14 years old was how much it costs to deal with Covid loss. I have to part with it.

It's seen it's use over the years, you want to play it, and it's a bad-ass bass guitar, but reality is, this is a collector's show piece you'll own with pride. It's dinged up, the case will keep it well on the inside but the outside of the case is beat something terrific. 

While I'm sure that I'll get requests for a reduced price, here's what I'm offering. I have a second Hamer Scarab in black, circa 1993, it also has a Kahler Tremelo installed at birth and the case is in sound condition. Minor dings and surface wear, and I replaced the input jack. If you make the purchase of the Jack Blades (blue) bass at full price, I will include the 1993 version of it for free, yes - you get 2 Hamer Scarab bass guitars, both items will be shipped and insured for $100 to cover the cost of packaging materials, I'll eat the rest. No discount offers accepted to get both basses.

NOTE: I will only ship/sell this in the continental US. I will not ship this overseas. All items are non-refundable, this is an extremely rare bass guitar - he only made one Scarab for Jack.
