A classic from 1992! Built like a tank in the USA, the RP-1 is a killer unit with lush sounding effects, great feeling compression, powerful onboard EQ and fun, retro drive sounds. It’s also a solid midi controller that can change patches in your fancy midi-controlled rack rig and act as a nice backup if the Space station tanks at a gig. The lush 80s/90s style clean tones in this unit still sound cool enough to be relevant. It might not be a rack full of Bogner, Eventide and Lexicon but, for the price, it’ll get you alot closer than the ONE second hand boutique pedal this much money usually buys.
