This unique Soaring Tortoise Rustic Woody all tube 5-watt guitar amplifier was handcrafted in USA and made of a mix of quality vintage and reclaimed materials. The awesome tone translates well through the vintage Fender speaker, and this amp is a recent one-off custom order that measures 18” x 16.5” x 12 1/4”.

It features a finger joined custom cabinet made from 100+ year old reclaimed wood and a unique design, with a Fender Blue Label Vintage speaker and Vibro Champ circuit with tremolo. The appearance of the amp resembles a classic TV and it is truly a work of art.

“Demonstration of the SoaringTortoise Electronics Philco-fonic Phive single ended 5-watt guitar amplifier. The amp is made from 100% recycled and repurposed materials and features a 10" Fender branded CTS alnico speaker, a 6au6 pentode preamp tube, Vibro-Champ style tremolo and a cabinet made from a 100+ year old board. The amplifier transformers and chassis came from a vintage Philco home Hi-Fi unit.
Video was recorded through an MXL2001 condenser microphone (slightly out of camera shot) into a Zoom H4 which in turn was connected to a Nikon V1 camera with a 30mm lens.
Airline guitar was actually in Dmaj7 tuning.”
