2000 G & L ASAT USA

G & L is short for George (Fullerton) and Leo (Fender). From Fender Musical Instruments to Music Man to G & L, this duo just kept getting better. G & L is a top-tier bass maker. This California-made ASAT bass (named after a USAF anti-satellite missile) has a hollow body and is very lightweight. Most hollow bodies   have an f-hole; this one doesn't.
 
It features a shiny black finish with beautiful chocolate wood piping, and weighs only 6.4 lbs. That's lightweight. And it's in MINT condition. I've never played this guitar, and I doubt the prior owner did either.
Super-fast maple fingerboard. Unique factory dual strap buttons. This wonderful specimen has active electronics with 2 G & L Magnetic Field Design Humbucker pickups. New Rotosound strings.
It comes in a G & L hard-shell case, in excellent condition. The guitar looks new, as it's only been out of its case 6-8 hours in its two-decade existence. It's chomping at the headstock to gain its freedom and
