Pair of Vintage 1974 Nudie's Rodeo Tailors Boots Made for Porter Wagoner! Country Music Memorabilia!

Up for sale is this vintage pair of boots made by the famous Nudie's Rodeo Tailors specifically for country music legend Porter Wagoner.

I purchased these boots straight out of Porter's closet at the estate sale and they have been in my personal collection since.

They are in fair condition for their age, but they do show heavy wear and it's clear that they were worn a lot over the years. The original snake skin covering is deteriorating some and is torn and flaking in several places. I did try them on once when I bought them and they're a touch big on me, so I'd call them around a 10 or 10.5 in size. They of course would be much better suited on a shelf or in a cabinet than to be a wearable pair of boots.

Both boots retain their original Nudie's label and one boot has the custom label with Porter's name on it and a date of "9 - 19 - 74". This is customary for Nudie's boots to be labeled in one boot.

I also appeared on an episode of A&E's "What's It Worth?" along with Jeff Foxworthy to discuss these exact boots, which can be seen in the photos. I will be more than happy to provide a handwritten letter describing the history of my ownership and acquisition of the boots.

I very rarely offer pieces from my personal collection, but I'm cleaning house a bit and I would love to find find perfect home for these in a collection. Jump on them quick because celebrity-owned Nudie's items never come up for sale!
