Roland TR-707 (Alien Devices modification) 1984 / 2007

Take the classic sound and features of a Roland TR-707. Yeah pretty fun,  X0X style sequencing, large pattern memory, Midi / CV syncing,  individual instrument outputs.  

Now, add a 10 point patch bay and 14 three-way switches - all wired into the sound generation circuitry of this vintage machine.  The result is a beast capable of generating intense digital beats and timbres.  

Alien Devices stopped performing mods in 2013, and since then this machine has become nearly impossible to find. All the original functionality is left untouched, so you can always play the machine like it was straight from the factory. The unit is in great shape for being 33 years old, almost perfect.  There are a couple small scratches on the face - nothing noticeable.  The photos show closeups of the affected areas.  All the buttons and sliders respond as designed, and the unit will come with it's original power supply.
