About This Listing

1960s vintage Sony TC200 reel to reel tape player/recorder. Turns on and spins perfectly, but the speakers cut out on each channel. I tried using another pair of Sony speakers to troubleshoot, but the same thing happened with those speakers. This must be an amp issue or a jack issue. I do get scratchy pot noises when turning back and forth, and I get a low electronic hum out of the speakers when they are plugged in. Cover over power cord compartment is broken off. Please see YouTube video. Comes with original speakers. I'll throw in a tape for free.
