FX-PG73 The FX-PG73 is a grand auditorium cutaway guitar with a solid AA western red cedar top and ebony back and sides. Ebony has a bright attack, great sustain, and excellent durability compared to rosewood. Ebony has a crisp attack with the density of Maple, but with more brittle grains, oilier pores, and a stronger fundamental tone than Maple. It has a rosewood fretboard and bridge with bone nut and saddle for tonal enhancement. Chrome custom die-cast tuning machines give a very tactile feel and look good with the solid red cedar top. This guitar is equipped with the FXC system and D'Addario coated strings.

FXC The FXC integrated effects processor allows Willow Creek to offer internal effects at a lower price. You have complete and independent control of delay and two reverbs that play in the guitar without an amp. These effects also pass through to an amplifier. There is a condenser mic with a level control that operates when plugged into an amplifier or PA system to mix with the piezo to warm up the tone. The battery is a rechargeable lithium ion and a charging cable is included. Output to an amp or sound system is through an endpin jack.
FXC Instructions To turn the system on, press and hold the "Power" knob for about three seconds. The green back-lit LEDs will light. Experiment with the delay and reverb controls to experience the variety of sounds the system will produce.
