Hi,
Up for sale a very rare effects pedal from the past - Exar Phasing made in the 1988. If you know Exar pedals this will seem off, since 1st series they released was looking already a bit different- this was Exar's original design before releasing full blown production series, made differently and extremely rare these days. Inside, the PCB cardboard enclosure bears the names of the Exar company owners (which reminds me a bit of the plastic "envelope" that Maxon pedals had back in the 80s). Cool to see the original stamp and company address on there.
Tone wise it delivers what you expect from a cool vintage pedal made back in the day - warm and lush, awesome tones any way you set it up.
Condition is very good for its age, no modifications or changes, including original knobs. All displayed on photos.
Effects from later "1st" series are showing up on different vintage analog effect forums, the OD1 got selected to the tube screamer collection of JHS Bonsai effect and quite a lot of good rep thanks to that, what I'm selling here is of same quality.
It works on 9v DC power supply, oldschool jack plug type.
If you liked this, you need to check my other listings out, truckload full of other vintage gear made in Poland, Japan and more!
