This is our Tweed Option Retube Kit for the Marshall Class 5. It contains a premium tested JJ Electronic EL84 and a low noise / low microphonic JJ 12AY7 for V1 and a low noise / low microphonic ECC83S for V2. The Tweed Option will drop the gain down a bit more than the SRV Option allowing you to get more power tube breakup at higher volumes. The JJ 12AY7 has a fat warm tone with a big shimmering sparkle in the high end!

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.

Just message us at the time you order to let us know if you're looking for an early breakup, a moderate breakup or a later breakup for more headroom in which case we will choose the coolest grades we have available for the power tube.
