Original vintage c 1987 MIJ Fender PJR-65 bass in excellent playing condition. The PJR was fender japan’s version of the USA fender “elite” line of basses, with lots of bells and whistles, active electronics, and fancy pants gold appointments.
This one doesn’t disappoint. The rosewood neck is fast and true, really slippery, and supple, and those custom fender EMG pickups are fat, detailed, and just right. This old girl runs laps any USA elite I’ve played.
Cosmetically, she’s very nice as well, with lots of yummy vintage patina and play wear, all skin deep, all included at no extra charge. Ships in a quality gig bag, not pictured.
