Electric washboard guitar with a vintage Harmony neck and goldfoil pickups The Hillbillycaster 2021 Wood

I don’t know man. I’ve got a bunch of stuff in my workshop...like a lot of stuff... and sometimes certain parts of stuff wind up connected to other parts of stuff. Who the hell knows why? I have serious problems.

This is a washboard that has been made into a functional electric guitar. The neck is off of an old Harmony acoustic and has some heft to it without it being a baseball bat. It sounds rad. The pickups are modern silverfoils as well as a contact pickup if you want to use this as a “percussion instrument”. Just a bunch of stuff I’ve had in my parts drawer forever. Now this guitar isn’t like a 10 grand Les Paul Custom or a PRS shredder guitar. It is made out of an old washboard and some frikkin wood. Action is a bit high but it still occasionally frets out way up the neck. That said, it does have a sound and feel that not many other guitars have and might spark some rad songs about washing clothes or whatever.

I guess what I’m saying is really...this guitar could/will change your life if you buy it. If you have been waiting for an instrument to lead you into the NEXT musical era THIS IS PROBABLY IT. And realistically this is probably the only one that will ever be made because how many more washboards can there be in the United States...like 6 or 7 max right?
