Rare and beautiful relic, just back from a full professional
refurbishment. Completely functional, very complete. All wiring and
connections replaced, neck adjusted, frets and cleaned and dressed, new
strings, thoroughly clean inside and out. Sounds as beautiful as it
looks. Surface cracks in the lacquer, wood is completely intact.
Kent 800 series guitars were made in Japan from 1965 to 1970, and
featured details not found in the more expensive brands it emulated.
Zero fret, triple bound thin line semi-hollow body, mother of pearl
inlays, tortoise shell pickguard. This is a beautiful instrument in
every sense of the word, and one that you aren't likely to see many more
of.
