1999 Pre Refined Parker Fly Maple Classic Maple Custom

Here’s another great Fly for the Parker enthusiast that doesn’t quite have them all. It’s a 1999 Maple Classic, otherwise known as a Maple Custom. I believe these had a fairly short run of just a few years from 1999-2001. They feature figured maple bodies and are essentially the same guitar as the Supreme other than the finish options and the level of figure in the wood. This one is also in a rarer hazelnut finish. I quite like that the color on the edges of this one fade to black instead of coming to a hard line. 

In addition to the playability and sound that Parkers have become famous for, this particular Fly is in excellent shape showing only minimal signs of use. I am hard pressed to find flaws other than light scratching that would not easily photograph. What’s more, it comes with the original hard case, manual, tools, trem arm, and even the original purchase documents, plastic Parker branded accessories bag and case key. It also comes with the stereo cable, which does not look to have been used before and is still bundled with a zip tie. It is set up for 10s and playing beautifully. Everything is completely functional.

This one has it all.
