The tonal output of the DM-15E is rich and characterful, with plentiful projection thanks to the bigger dreadnought body. Sigma has fitted a bone nut and saddle, which helps transfer every ounce of tone from the strings into the solid Mahogany top. The result is a lively and overtone-rich response.
The Sigma DM-15E is additionally fitted with a Fishman Presys II preamp system. Coming with a built-in tuner, phase switch and volume/bass/treble controls, this pickup system transforms the DM-15E into a highly capable stage instrument.
