Unknown brand. Uncertain of age and origin as well but it’s not recent. Plate has been relic’d exposing the brass (I think) underneath. Very heavy at 8.5 oz. on my mail scale. Staggered string-thru design. If anyone knows what this is from, please give me a shout .
