Exceptional and amazing sounding guitar in the Viennese style by Hans Raab - this guitar, built in 1925, is a large-volume and powerful-sounding example of a fine handmade guitar.

Hans Raab is a guitar maker from Munich. He lived at the time of Hermann Hauser I. Like Hauser, Raab also built guitars to a very high standard and with fine craftsmanship.
Raab's style of building is based on the great masters of Viennese guitar making.

The guitar has a top of German spruce, back and sides of maple and a fingerboard of dark ebony. The scale length is 640 mm and the width at the nut is 48 mm. The original French polish is in excellent condition with minor signs of use. The guitar is equipped with an adjustable neck.

The sound is powerful and mighty - it has a large and deep body and this creates a sublime, almost majestic sound.
The sound is beautiful, masterful with concert quality. The sound of the guitar has a lot of clarity, but at the same time an extraordinary tonal flexibility. It offers the magic that only an old, masterfully built guitar can produce.
The guitar offers a wide range of beautiful timbres in all registers.
