1977 Gibson first Generation protector case also know as the chainsaw case. This is a first Generation case and came with a 1977 Les Paul. The case plastic and interior is in good shape for its age the latches are unfortunately shot like so many of these cases with plastic latches. one latch is missing and the other is being held on with tape and this is quarter size mark on the lid as shown in picture 3.
