Flexible all-round rock guitar In superstrat format from the noble forge Valley Arts.
The California Pro dates from around the late 80s to early 90s.
The origin is a bit confusing. Around that time, the Californians sold their company to the Far East. It specifically says "USA" on it, but the components used are pretty much from different countries of origin. The hardware is labeled Gotoh (Japan). Interesting, by the way, the probably sustain-extending substructure under the machine heads.
The pickups are "Duncan Designed" pickups, which to my knowledge were made in Korea. Whether the neck was made in the USA, as it says, can only be speculated. Likewise, as far as the body is concerned.
Other than that, it's an excellently playable guitar with HSS appointments that cuts a fine figure in pretty much any musical genre from blues to heavy.
Comes exactly as pictured in rectangle case, which should be from around the same time as the guitar.
Good condition with normal minor wear - see pictures. No rough blemishes, breaks or repairs. The frets have been freshly polished and have no playing marks worth mentioning.
