For items that are not in our own store inventory (MOST ITEMS THAT ARE ADVERTISED AS “STOCK LISTINGS”), handling time before shipping is usually 2 or 3 days but sometimes up to 5 business days. As per our shipping policy, for larger items, we use UPS or FedEx.
Instrument purchases need to have the buyer’s physical address as the ship-to (UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver to PO Boxes).
Buyers can request a quote for the additional shipping cost, in cases where USPS is preferred or an only option for the buyer.
