Custom Red Sparkle Rhodes Suitcase Piano

See the video clip below to hear this fully customized Fender Rhodes Suitcase piano in action.  An incredible amount of time and effort went in to convert this well-preserved relic into the absolute showstopper it is on stage and in the studio.  The camera doesn't do it justice on how this instrument sparkles under the focus of a spotlight.

Cosmetics:
- Sparkle red Tolex with a sparkle red lid sets this Rhodes off as a one-of-a-kind custom piano.
- New Hardware: corners, handles, glides etc.
- New suitcase U-Legs

Electronics
- Power amp rebuilt
- Preamp recapped and rebuilt
- Speaker cut-off switch added to power amp in order to turn off speakers to cabinet when needed, while preserving line-out for recording or stage PA

General Condition
- Tines and pickups show no corrosion
- No exposure to the elements, preserving integrity of the wood keys and wood case
- Felts, grommets, bushings etc. all in good condition 
- Mild imperfections consistent with any vintage instrument, such as a couple lightly aged key cracks
- The harp strike line was entirely reset which brought out the dormant dynamics of the instrument
- Full equal temperament tuning

The Miracle Mod action modification was done to this early 1978 to give it the right touch.  It has a light weight feel yet responsive action.  The voicing on the piano is exceptional, with a warm tone and a wide range of dynamics, from quiet to barking loud as evident in the video.
