Great playing and sounding vintage archtop made in Germany in the 50s or early 60s.
Otwin is known for light and great sounding instruments in rather simple outfits. But I think it looks stunning.
The neck is pretty straight and comes with new brass frets. It has a modern / slim profile and is even to modern standards comfy. The action is low and it plays great.
It was, as you can see, played a lot and the varnish is off at some places. But structurally it is in great shape.
It comes with new Thomastik 0.11 flatwound strings.
Nut width: 43,2mm
Action at 12th fret 2,1 mm
weight: 2,21 Kg
Body width: 43cm
Body depth 8,2cm
