Black Label, same circuit and chip (DBX1252) as the japanese CS-3. 
Works perfect. Missing serial number on backplate (the manual says 1996). 
Please note: this is an ACA powered Boss CS-3. There are four ways to power it properly:

  • 9v adapter, daisy chained to other 9v pedals;
  • 12v adapter;
  • original Boss ACA adapter;
  • battery power.
