Meinl Stick & Brush Rebound Multi-Rod Bamboo Dowels with Foam Core and Adjustable Rings (SB209)

With 11 solid bamboo dowels surrounding a foam core, these rods generate a soft, focused attack with mid-range volume between drumsticks and brushes. The foam core helps deliver their focused sound and produces greater rebound. These bundle sticks are equipped with adjustable control rings that alter their attack on virtually any type of percussion instrument. Moving the control rings up or down the rods changes the amount of spread toward the end. For a fatter sound, move the rings back toward your hands, or place them closer to the tip for sharper effects. The smooth grip is made to feel great in your hands while the length of it accommodates a number of hand positions. Great for both traditional and matched grip, as well as choking up or down the stick. Sold in pairs, the SB209 Rebound Multi-Rod Bamboo has a length of 15.865" with a diameter of 0.590". 11 bamboo dowels surround a foam core in a circular shape and feature an extra center wrap for a tighter sound and more durability. Multi-functional and extraordinarily versatile, our multi-rod bundle sticks can be used on all types of percussion instruments from cajon to drum kit where volume control is needed or the music calls for a different flavor. These high-quality multi-rod bundle sticks are made in Canada, where they are constructed with exceptional craftsmanship for a distinguished and highly durable product.
