I found this little gem in a local music shop in Syracuse, ny about 17 years ago. The sustainer pickup fizzed out a few years ago, so I replaced it with a new sustainiac pickup. The sticker has since been removed as well. I'll add more pics soon. The guitar is in great condition. I'm sure there's a few blemishes somewhere that I'll show when I upload more photos. There's also no tremolo arm. I'm actually surprised how much these are worth. Though I'm only asking $700. Compared to the 2 or 3k that I've seen some going for.
