Before diving into the details of the AAD100E Advanced Acoustic Guitar in Open Pore Natural, it's important to understand the meticulous craftsmanship and innovative design that Ibanez has poured into this instrument. This isn't just any acoustic guitar; it's a reimagined Grand Dreadnought, a product of rigorous research and development that spans several years. The Grand Dreadnought body, a unique creation by Ibanez, is 5% larger than the standard dreadnought. This increase in size allows for a more robust sound, a richer tone, and a powerful low-end response. But it's not just about the sound - the Grand Dreadnought is also designed with player comfort in mind. Its ergonomic design ensures a comfortable playing experience, making it a joy to play for hours on end.The AAD100E Advanced Acoustic Guitar also features the innovative X-M Bracing. After years of trial and error, Ibanez has perfected this design to generate a sound that truly stands out. The scalloped X-bracing, along with the strategic allocation of tone braces and finger braces, efficiently transmits string vibrations through the bridge to the body. This results in a clear, crisp treble sound, a warm mid-range, and a wide dynamic range that is highly responsive. The guitar's neck is a Low Oval Grip Thermo Aged Nyatoh neck with Rounded Fretboard Edges. This design is perfect for easy chord strumming and offers superior playability. The Thermo Aged process makes the neck light and hard, providing stability and better resonance. The headstock of the AAD100E Advanced Acoustic Guitar is a functional tapered design, a result of extensive research. This shape reduces weight and ensures straight string alignment, enhancing tuning stability and reducing neck twisting. Finally, the Ibanez AP11 Magnetic pickup is a small, lightweight addition that doesn't inhibit the natural vibrations of the top wood. It generates a highly responsive sound with minimal feedback, delivering a lively response across the entire frequency range. The sound is transparent, reflecting the guitar's natural acoustic tone while preserving presence and mid-range. The AP11 pickup also works well with various effects, including reverb and chorus. In conclusion, the AAD100E Advanced Acoustic Guitar in Open Pore Natural is a testament to Ibanez's commitment to innovation, quality, and player comfort. It's not just a guitar; it's an instrument that brings your music to life.
