Guyatone PS-001 Distortion Pedal , quite rare early 80's Japanese effects
pedal. Excellent cosmetic condition considering its age. This pedal works differently with different
guitars. If you get the right combo,
this is a really effective and responsive pedal. In fact it's awesome. I'm playing it through the Yamaha that I have for sale, on a Guyatone tube amp, volume at 3. It's awesome.

Dark in character, medium gain
It uses TL5448P OpAmp, amongst other components.
1) Guyatone PS-001 Distortion
- made in Japan circa 1980-1981
- features a rare TL5448P chip (found mostly in highly sought after Boss OD-1
and few old TS9 Tubescreamer pedals)
- no issue, 10/10 physical, 10/10 performance
- throaty, Marshall-ish overdrive/distortion tone
- blends perfectly with overdrive pedal, tube amp friendly
