For sale is one SPL Model 2489 Surround Sound monitor controller. It works great and is such a useful affordable box for having 2 sets of stereo and 5.1 surround speaker system to switch between. This unit is good to very good condition in that it has some minor wear scratches (see pictures) and the main knob/pot is slightly scratchy for lack of a better word. The knob works fine it just makes a quiet sound instead of being smooth and silent. I don't know why. It was this way when I bought it used myself and it's worked great and served me well for several years. I'm upgrading to the SPL 7.1 unit but that one is over $2k. This 5.1 monitor controller is a lot more affordable if you're on a budget. Selling as described and as is with no returns.
