Handling time is typically 1 DAY for items in our store inventory. For items that are not in our own store inventory (MOST ITEMS THAT ARE ADVERTISED AS “STOCK LISTINGS”), handling time before shipping is usually 2 or 3 days but sometimes up to 5 business days. Buyers may inquire for more information on expected shipping time.

As per our shipping policy, for larger items, we use UPS or FedEx.
Instrument purchases need to have the buyer’s physical address as the ship-to (UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver to PO Boxes).
Buyers can request a quote for the additional shipping cost, in cases where USPS is preferred or an only option for the buyer.

Our official hours of operation for spring and summer are: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Wednesday and Friday; 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Sundays. Our regular shipping days are Monday through Friday.
