Since the introduction of the X100, users have requested the ability to play and record dry guitar sounds through this device. Original chorus/echo switch has been replaced with two high quality sealed switches.

These units are now over 30 years old and no longer being manufactured. I purchase Rockmans to refurbish and resell. You will receive the unit shown in these photos.
Electrolytic capacitors dry out or leak over time as they have a limited lifespan of 20-30 years. All (11) Electrolytic Capacitors have been replaced.

All switches and jacks were cleaned and lubricated. Solder joints checked and resoldered as necessary. Both headphone jacks replaced with new jacks. Chorus/Echo Dry sound modification.

Unit was functionally tested using batteries and external adapter (batteries and adapter not included).

I have been an electronics technician since 1983. Rockman unit has been fully serviced and ready to use for years to come without needing costly refurbishing.

It is recommended not to store unit with batteries if not being used for a period of time. I have seen what battery corrosion does and it is not pretty! To protect battery cover from breakage, loosen all 3 housing screws before removing cover. Do not pry open!
