Summary

This very rare and limited D-45 was made exclusively for the Mandolin Brothers store with gorgeous Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. The guitar has an engraved brass plate stating that this is number 68 of 91.

Body: Spruce top with Brazilian rosewood back and sides

Neck: Mahogany neck with a soft-V profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, ebony fretboard, 16” radius, and slotted-diamond inlays

Pickups/Hardware: Internal pickup system

Cosmetic Condition: The body looks nice overall with only some light play wear and a few minor scratches in the lacquer. The back is also nice and clean with only some minor surface marks. The neck has a few light scuffs in the finish but is clean and glossy overall. The headstock looks great overall with hardly a mark on it. This D-45 is very unique and in great shape!

Playability: The strings are low, play nicely, and ring out clearly across the board.

Case: Original hardshell, molded wood with black exterior and purple interior.
