Unique tele style electric guitar

Don’t know much about this guitar’s past but I’ll tell you what I know:

I replaced the plastic nut with a Tusq XL synthetic nut, really helps stay in tune when doing bends.

Some scuffs from belts on the back, one major chip on front corner (pictured). Expect some small scratches and dings all around.

Some corrosion on output jack. I have not opened the guitar up to clean the electronics but these are easily swapped out if you so desired. The pickups and electronics all work great.

There are a lot of past listings for this guitar with a pickguard signed by Mike Kennerty, as this is his signature model - I do NOT have the signed pickguard. I have no idea whether this pickguard is a replacement, if it’s the original and the signature is just worn off; no clue.
