ESP Custom Shop Gus G NT-III Signature Model Prototype made in 2012 owned and played by Gus in Firewind and Ozzy Osboune. This guitar was Gus G’s number one axe for a long period of time and can be seen in countless live performances, video interviews, clinics, and in the Guitar World magazine article included with this listing. This guitar made in 2012 was a prototype to Gus G’s signature model that was released in 2014 which saw the change of 22 frets to 24 frets using the same Star NT shape and in satin black finish.  Any footage of Gus using a 24 fret signature model in satin black was THIS actual guitar. Check out some of the youtube links that I have provided below.

This guitar is in the same condition and state as when I received it from Gus, as I wanted to keep the same tour wear, vibe and patina as it had come fresh off of tour. The beat up case with flight check stickers, the tape to hold guitar picks to throw out to fans during performances, and even the used strings and dirty frets I have left all intact. Ordinarily I would clean up everything but I wanted to keep the guitar 100% how I got it, I am happy to clean up as I do all of my other guitars if requested.

The specs of  the guitar are an alder body with maple neck-thru and bound rosewood fretboard. The neck is 25.5” scale length with a 12” radius and thin U shape equipped with 24 extra jumbo frets. The guitar has Gus G’s signature Seymour Duncan Fire Blackouts, controlled by a master volume with a 3-way pickup selector switch and a 2-Way BMP-1 preamp switch. The guitar has black hardware with locking sperzel tuners, and locking Tone Pros bridge & stop tailpiece.

This guitar comes with a signed magazine featuring Gus G on the cover and has an in depth interview with Gus which features several photos of THIS guitar. Also included is Gus G’s guitar pick, and I am also happy to make a COA if requested. If you would like additional information on how I acquired the guitar or any additional verification please contact me (serious inquiries only!) -Parker Lundgren
