Get this before I come to my senses and decide to keep it for a future killer guitar build. This is a Project Kramer Nightswan guitar. It has some vintage Kramer Nightswan parts. It will need to be completed.
The Neck.
This is a rare and vintage 1987-1990 Kramer Nightswan Neck. It is very possible that this was a neck sold at the Kramer bankruptcy sale. I say this because it appears that a Floyd Rose string retainer bar was never mounted on this headstock. It would have had one installed if it was ever on a production Nightswan.

Obviously this neck has been mounted a few times. There is play ware on it. A few very minor dings you can barely see, A prior owner sanded some clear coat off the back. The frets look great and still have plenty of life with no major dings or dents in them. It is in overall very good condition being over 30 years old. See all pic's. Ask as many question as you like.
It will be sold with the NON-original but very good Gotoh chrome tuning machines and a newer Floyd Rose tool holder. Included will be the Gotoh tuners that will remain on the neck, and tool holder that will remain on the neck.
This will be sold with an original chrome Floyd Rose R1 nut. Before you bid you should know that the R1 nuts are the smallest available from Floyd Rose. All the original Kramer Nightswans had these R1 nuts. The new reissue guitars are made with R2 nuts. These original necks are 24 fret, 24 3/4 inch scale length (Gibson), and have a compound radius Ebony fret board.
UPDATE. I just acquired and will include with the sale a chrome Floyd Rose R1 nut. These are out of stock and I was fortunate to locate one, they are hard to find. It was signed by Vivian Campbell on 08/22/21.
I recommend clear coating the neck again to protect the signature.
The Body.
I purchased the body from an online seller. The only info I got was that he purchased it over 10 years ago with a bunch of other Nightswan stuff. He told me he bought it from a USA builder but could not remember who. The seller stated it was a Honduran mahogany. That does appear to be true. I compared the body to 2 other Vintage Kramer Nightswan's that I own. This body seems identical. The neck pocket could use some fine tuning. It looks like it could use about a 16th of an inch deeper radius in the center of the neck pocket. Nothing that isn't to hard to make perfect with just a bit of sanding. See pic's. The neck mounting holes are made for an original/Vintage Kramer neck plate.  I am including a vintage Kramer neck plate in chrome to match the chrome hardware on the neck. The back control plate is included. The Floyd Rose mounting holes are the vintage screw type.
This body will need a final sand to eliminate any small imperfections. It will need grain filler and finished to your liking. 
I would like to add that the Volume pot mounting hole is located a little farther back than that of production Nightswan guitars. This does not effect the guitar in a negative way. A lot of people prefer the volume pot to be closer to the bridge so you do not accidentally hit it while playing. The hole could always be plugged and moved before finishing If someone wanted.
It is a clean slate, finish it however you can imagine. Holoflash, Crackle, Light Blue polka Dot, Pile of Skulls, any thing is possible for this DIY Custom Kramer Nightswan with a Vintage Nightswan neck. The parts in the pictures are the parts included. A Floyd Rose R1 nut will be included in this sale. No other parts will be included.
If you do need or want all the parts to complete this build. I have about 99% of them. Those items will be available for sale separately. Sale is for 1 body and 1 neck with chrome tuners only. The other neck in a photo is not for sale and NOT included in this sale.

NO Feet pic's. Not stored in dirty laundry, or dirty sheets. In non smoking house. Not claiming mint condition. Not claiming plays like butter. The neck is not perfectly straight because necks are not supposed to be perfectly straight.

I do not need to sell this. In fact I prefer to keep this and build a future guitar from it.
