About This Listing

This extremely rare high quality MIJ Terada dreadnought acoustic is inspired by Martin D18. Legend has it that Martin reached out to Terada in the 1970s to have them make guitars for them, due to their strict quality control and high standards of craftsmanship. The tone is incredible with booming bass and plenty of mid range.

These are getting very difficult to find and are sought after by collectors. It features the original fully functional and straight tuners, and untouched Black D18 style pickguard. The fingerboard has been cleaned and buffed, with frets polished, and the guitar is set up with new Ernie Ball “Earthwood” regular lights.

The condition is very good with some surface wear and a wear dings along the top— see photos. The neck plays excellent with a full V profile and the freed have been polished and dressed.

A free gig bag case is included with buy it now price.
