the unit had one bad channel when i found it, so i cleaned all the controls, and it worked fine, almost. i checked the phono input after using a line input with great results and noticed the left channel was not working for the phono section, so, after staring at it for a few minutes noticed the contacts had gotten loose, out of their place in the socket, so i put them back in and added super glue to secure them, and now, tested, all fine, demo video shown using phono input. the amp is good, (among the best sounding vintage units i have heard in its class, better than most vintage receivers under $1k), just needed some work. it does show some rust/dust, nicks, dings, etc., as it is old and has been around for many years. it works fine and sounds great, just not pristine condition by any means.
