A fantastic looking, playing and sounding guitar! This one was made after the manufacturer "Shinko Gakki" went out of business and their assets were bought out by Kawai. This guitar is featured in Frank Meyer's book "History of Japanese Electric Guitars" (highly recommended).
Pleasants are my favorite guitars! It really plays like a modern instrument. Stable neck, low action, great tremolo, hot pickup (similar to a Burns) and a comfortable slim neck. Dings and scrapes typical of a 50 year old guitar.
I love this guitar, but gotta make some room!
