RARE vintage 1963 Guild Duane Eddy DE-400 signature guitar in highly figured flame mahogany on top, sides and back! This is hands down the most stunning Duane Eddy model we have ever seen! Has the highly sought after white-top pickups! This guitar has been completely refreshed to be a player's guitar for the studio and stage in 2021! This is not one to leave in the closet! This is one of the even more rare Starfire DE-400CH models and has gold DE-500 appointments! The cherry red was a translucent finish that sat on top of the flame mahogany body. As you can see, the natural mahogany has professionally been revealed to make this DE-400 stand out against every other example on the planet...it is a true one of a kind guitar. Tuners have been upgraded to pro Gotoh El Maya tuners for a professional player to receive enhanced tuning stability. This is the best looking vintage Guild guitar I have ever seen. It's hard to believe this guitar is 58 years old! The sound it produces is nothing short of incredible. If you want a guitar that stands out on stage and on your record, look no further.
