The Pine Tree Audio SE2B is the most transparent and elegant way to convert your single-ended (RCA) signal path into a truly transformer balanced (XLR) output. If you have yet to hear your system running in balanced mode, be ready to enjoy sonic improvements.
Using premium quality, American-made Jensen transformers, the SE2B provides a clean, articulate and full frequency range balanced output from your single-ended inputs.
The custom made white Oak side panels are hand cut, sanded, and finished by our wood working shop.
How it works:
The SE2B affords great functionality to audiophiles who have a single-ended (RCA) signal at any point in the signal chain but have balanced equipment at another point.
The SE2B can be inserted into the signal path at any point before the power amplifier stage. From that point on, the signal will be balanced and ready to connect to the next balanced input.
