Big Body Kay Single Cutaway Electric Guitar. Not really sure of the Model or the age.
All of the listings I can find with this body style say they are in the mid 50's to early 60's.
The body is in pretty good shape.
The neck has had the top frets removed and never replaced.
Likely to bring the action down without it fretting out so it will need some work on the neck.
The binding shrank with age and was re-glued by the heel as shown in the photos. The electronics seem fine but the pots are a bit scratchy and have been reversed.
Now the Tone Pot is close to the bridge and the Volume Pot is near the bottom of the guitar.
It comes with what I believe to be the original case as shown in the photos.
